Too many of us forget that how we fuel our bodies fuels our brains, and how we fuel our brains affects us both physically and emotionally. A colleague of mine once said that failing to fuel our bodies properly with whole and nutritious food is like putting ice cream in the gas tank of your car and expecting the engine to run.
